Our boutique is located at Pantai Mutiara Townhouse AL No. 2. We're open Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. Complimentary valet parking is available for all appointments.

How often do you receive new collections?

Can I reserve an item I saw online?

Absolutely. Contact us to reserve any piece you've seen in our online catalog. We'll hold it for 48 hours and can arrange a private viewing.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, we offer an exclusive loyalty program with four tiers: Pétale, Floraison, Éclat, and Lumière. Benefits include store credit, early access to collections, complimentary services, and VIP events based on your annual spending.

How do I join the loyalty program?

Simply make your first purchase at Roséance and you'll automatically be enrolled in our Pétale tier. We'll track your benefits and notify you as you advance through tiers.
