Our website displays available items for viewing. All purchases must be completed at our Jakarta boutique location.

Appointment Policy

Booking

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or email
  • 24-hour advance notice is preferred
  • Peak times may have limited availability

Cancellation

  • 24+ hours notice: No penalty
  • Less than 24 hours: May result in appointment restrictions
  • No-show: May result in future appointment limitations

Late Arrivals

Appointments may be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Purchases and Payment

In-Store Purchases Only

All purchases must be completed at our boutique. We do not process online transactions for merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: 14 days from purchase date
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof: Original receipt required
  • Store Credit: All returns are processed as store credit, valid for 12 months
  • Final Sale: Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days
  • Same item in different size/color (subject to availability)
  • Price difference applies for upgraded items

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Can be used for any merchandise or services at Roséance
  • Partial use allowed with remaining balance carried forward

Exclusions

No returns or exchanges on:

  • Altered or customized items
  • Intimate apparel
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

Alterations

Service Availability

We offer professional alteration services for items purchased at Roséance.

Pricing and Timeline

  • Alteration costs vary by service required
  • Turnaround time: 7-14 business days
  • Rush services available for additional fee

Alteration Policy

  • Alterations are final and cannot be undone
  • Items with alterations cannot be returned
  • Payment required before alteration begins

Loyalty Program

Membership

  • Automatic enrollment with first purchase
  • Four tiers: Pétale, Floraison, Éclat, Lumière
  • Annual spending determines tier level

Benefits

  • Store credit on purchases
  • Early access to collections

  • Complimentary services (based on tier)

Program Rules
